JFEC CIC empower our community to combat discrimination and bullying in the workplace with a specific focus on Neurodivergence and suicide awareness & prevention.
Our mission is to deliver a series of events including workshops as a platform for education, networking and community engagement.
Get Involved
JFEC CIC was founded as a legacy to Jaden Francois-Esprit. Jaden was neurodivergent and was discriminated in his place of work. The London fire brigade have time after time stated they failed Jaden and have no doubt he should be here enjoying what he loved doing - selflessly putting himself at risk to help others. We want to prevent anyone else experiencing what Jaden did in their place of work prevent anyone from feeling their only option is to end their life.

We can all add value and be a role model in every thing we do, particularly when interacting with others.
